Warrior Meditation
Warrior Meditation is a patented practice that is used by the Save A Warrior (SAW) Community that is simple, and easy to practice twenty minutes, twice a day. This meditation program has been designed to work with folks dealing with stress, lack of focus, sleep issues, to include helping with trauma, moral injury and complex Post Traumatic Stress (PTS). Offered by Brad Gallup a 4Gateways and Transformative Equine Guided Coach and SAW West Coast Team Facilitator.
When: Mondays at 5:00 Pacific Time. Ongoing, beginning on Monday April 20th, 2020.
